The P.A.P. Capping Nozzle with PU was specially developed for the efficient sealing of flip-top caps, ensuring precise and uniform closure.

Due to the flat base of flip-top caps, many bottlers face difficulties during application. To address this, we developed a nozzle for this type of cap that incorporates PU (polyurethane) in its composition, offering greater grip on the cap and ensuring excellent performance in the capping process. This P.A.P. (Pick and Place) model features a Viton O-ring and spherical pins, ensuring excellent functionality from cap picking to final sealing of the package.
